Trung has gained experience within the Civil Engineering background dealing with projects within Vietnam.

In 2005 Trung joined Crawford & Company, since joining Crawford he has a great deal of experience dealing with claims involving Cement Plants, Hydro-Power Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Deep Sea Ports, Road Construction/Bridges and Catastrophic events such as typhoons.

In 2009 he has completed a Diploma in Loss Adjusting a Certified Insurance Professional of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. And he became a Chartered Loss Adjuster in the same year. He is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

In 2015 he has completed a Diploma of Integrated Risk Management of Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Trung has been working in loss adjusting and insurance market for all lines and all kinds of losses since 2005.

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
