The Anh graduated from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, where he joined a Consultant Company related to road, bridge and civil engineering construction and design. Since graduating he has gained valuable experience on various projects

In 2006 Anh joined Crawford & Company, since joining Crawford he has a great deal of experience dealing with claims involving civil engineering aspects within Vietnam such as Mekong Transport Infrastructure Development Project, Rural Transport Project No.3, East-West Highway Project and others, which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims which involve civil engineering aspects.

In 2009 Anh has completed a Diploma in Loss Adjusting a Certified Insurance Professional of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

Anh has been working in loss adjusting and insurance market for all lines and all kinds of losses since 2006.

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
